A major turning point in their journey came when they appeared on Shark Tank India Season 4. Presenting a strong story rooted in Indian heritage, the founders asked for Rs. 50 lakh in exchange for 10% equity. Their live demonstration and clear articulation of the problem they were solving captured attention.
They received an offer from Ritesh Agarwal, which was finalized at Rs. 50 lakh for 12.5% equity, valuing the company at around Rs. 4 crore. However, as is common with many early-stage deals on the show, the agreement did not fully materialize post show, and the founders continued to grow the business independently.
By the time they appeared on television, Mudgar Club had already built strong traction-selling thousands of units and creating a loyal community through digital platforms. A significant part of this growth came from educational content, where the founders prioritized teaching proper techniques and spreading awareness over aggressive sales.
This approach also helped expand their audience, with increased participation from women and beginners, breaking the perception that such tools were limited to traditional or male-dominated fitness spaces.

Mudgar Club Private Limited was officially incorporated in October 2023, marking its formal entry as a registered company. As of 2026, the brand remains active and continues to grow within the fitness and wellness ecosystem. Despite gaining visibility through Shark Tank India, the founders have consciously avoided rapid scaling at the cost of quality. Instead, they have focused on craftsmanship, authenticity, and community building.
