Labour Codes Reform और श्रमिक अधिकार: India’s New Workforce Era

Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा लागू किए गए नए labour codes भारत की श्रम प्रणाली में एक transformative turning point हैं और Atmanirbhar Bharat के विज़न को मजबूत गति देंगे।

📜🔄 Four Labour Codes Implemented | चार नए श्रम संहिताओं का क्रियान्वयन

Mandaviya ने बताया कि 21 नवंबर को PM Modi सरकार ने सभी चार Labour Codes लागू कर दिए, जो पहले के 29 पुराने labour laws की जगह लेते हैं।
उन्होंने इसे प्रधानमंत्री की leadership में एक historic milestone बताया।

Minister के अनुसार नए codes:

• Time-bound wage payments सुनिश्चित करते हैं

• Gig और platform workers को बेहतर सुरक्षा देते हैं

• महिलाओं और युवाओं के लिए expanded opportunities प्रदान करते हैं

उन्होंने कहा कि यह framework workforce के अधिकारों को मजबूत करते हुए एक developed India की दिशा में आधार तैयार करता है।

Mandaviya ने कहा कि ये Codes:

• Universal social security

• Fair और time-bound wages

• Safer workplaces

जैसे सुधारों को आगे बढ़ाते हैं।

उन्होंने लेख में लिखा कि नए labour codes एक modern, balanced और growth-oriented labour system का निर्माण करते हैं।
