Business Remedies | Charu Bhatia | The seventh edition of the “Karigiri – Rakhi Edition” exhibition concluded with great success and grandeur in Jaipur on July 20th. This two-day event emerged as a vibrant celebration of tradition, entrepreneurship, and women empowerment. The enthusiastic participation of thousands of visitors made the event truly memorable.The exhibition was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Mayor of Jaipur Greater Municipal Corporation, Mrs. Somya Gurjar, who lit the ceremonial lamp and appreciated the initiative, saying,
“Such platforms play a crucial role in making women self-reliant and provide a stage for local talent to shine.”

Bhavana Bansal, the visionary behind Karigiri, is the founding force of this initiative. Her mission has been to empower women, promote art, and encourage local products through this unique platform. The tremendous success of the event was made possible by the dedicated efforts of the Karigiri Team, including:Riya, Shalvi, Rachna, Pinky, Rajendra, Mahima, Asha, Vanshika, Kusum, Divya, and Shelly.

Each member contributed wholeheartedly to make the exhibition a remarkable experience.This edition of Karigiri was specially themed around Rakhi, showcasing the talent and creativity of women artisans and entrepreneurs from across the country. Their handcrafted rakhis, traditional items, and innovative products reflected both skill and self-reliance.The event also featured stalls, panel discussions, and networking sessions aimed at promoting women’s economic and social growth. More than just a marketplace, the exhibition turned into a celebration of self-employment, creativity, and dignity for women.
“Karigiri – Rakhi Edition” concluded with a powerful message:
