Sedemac Mechatronics Limited (“Company“) ने बाजार नियामक Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) के पास अपना Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) दाखिल कर दिया है।
कंपनी India, United States of America और Europe के मोबिलिटी और औद्योगिक बाजारों में अग्रणी मूल उपकरण निर्माताओं (“OEMs“) को control-intensive, application-critical Electronic Control Units (“ECUs”) के design और supply का कार्य करती है। परिचालन से होने वाली अधिकांश आय उन उत्पादों से प्राप्त होती है जिनमें advanced control technologies का उपयोग किया जाता है, जिनकी conceptualisation और development पूरी तरह से कंपनी के internal level पर किया जाता है, जिससे कंपनी proprietary solutions प्रदान करने में सक्षम होती है जो end users या OEM customers को distinct value प्रदान करते हैं।
DRHP के अनुसार, कंपनी एक Initial Public Offering (IPO) के माध्यम से धन जुटाने की योजना बना रही है। कुल पेशकश में 8,043,300 equity shares (“Total Offer Size“) तक का 100% Offer for Sale शामिल है। Company को Offer for Sale से कोई आय प्राप्त नहीं होगी।
30 June, 2025, Financial Year 2025, Financial Year 2024 और Financial Year 2023 को समाप्त तीन महीनों के लिए कंपनी का operational revenue क्रमशः ₹2,173.57 million, ₹6,583.63 million, ₹5,306.53 million और ₹4,230.28 million रहा। इसी अवधि में profit क्रमशः ₹170.69 million, ₹470.45 million, ₹58.78 million और ₹85.73 million रहा।
वे India की पहली company हैं जिसने two-wheeler / three-wheeler vehicles (“2/3Ws”) Internal Combustion Engine (“ICE”) से चलने वाले वाहनों के लिए Sensor-Less Commutation (“SLC”) आधारित Integrated Starter Generator (“ISG”) ECU का development, design और manufacturing किया है (Source: CRISIL Report)। कंपनी की domestic ISG ECU market (combined for 2W and 3W) में लगभग 30% market share है और यह Financial Year 2025 के लिए top 4 companies में से एक है (Source: CRISIL Report)।
कंपनी Financial Year 2025 में more than 75% market share के साथ Genset Controllers (“GC”) के लिए भी India में leading player है और इस बाजार के लिए Genset Controller और EFI ECU की पेशकश के साथ globally 14% growth दर्ज की गई है (Source: CRISIL Report)। ICICI Securities Limited, Avendus Capital Private Limited और Axis Capital Limited इस पेशकश के Book Running Lead Managers (“BRLMs”) हैं।
