Rajshree Upadhyaya |  Business Remedies | To promote personal health, Soorya Jagdish and Vibha Harish created the wellness brand Cosmix Wellness Growth, establishing a strong identity for themselves. The duo, trained as herbalists, changed how Indians perceive plant-based nutrition. Their journey began from their personal battle with PCOS and their frustration with repetitive, one-size-fits-all remedies available in the market. This pushed them to experiment with herbs and blends. What started in 2019 as a kitchen-scale formulation turned into a D2C venture focused on “the right ingredients” and “education-first storytelling.” In December 2019, the founders began selling products through their website.

Cosmix set itself apart from mass-market supplements. The brand emphasized gut-friendly formulations and transparency in sourcing rather than flashy marketing claims. The founders focused on a handful of reliable products such as No-Nonsense Plant Protein and a line of superfood mixes that could be added to water, milk, or smoothies. They also used a set of herbal supplements made with adaptogens and more natural ingredients. Each batch undergoes lab testing for purity and potency, ensuring quality control from start to finish.

Expanding Reach Through Gyms and Cafe Partnerships
Cosmix’s growth was steady and strategic. Its initial traction came through direct-to-consumer sales on its website. Gradually, in 2020, Cosmix expanded its reach by forming offline partnerships with gyms and cafes and later listing its products on online marketplaces.

According to media reports, Cosmix claimed revenue of approximately Rs. 30 crore in FY24, a significant jump from around Rs. 5.3 crore the previous year. The biggest spotlight moment arrived when Cosmix appeared on Shark Tank India – Season 3. In their pitch, the co-founders sought Rs. 1 crore for 1% equity-valuing the company at Rs. 100 crore-and reportedly received this exact offer from investor Namita Thapar, along with a royalty clause until the investment was recovered. The television exposure boosted Cosmix’s visibility and placed it among India’s emerging plant-based nutrition brands.

Public records show that Cosmix Wellness Private Limited was officially incorporated on 31 January 2022 under CIN U15400KA2022PTC157256. Its registered office is in Kanakapura, Karnataka. As of December 2025, the company remains legally active. It last filed its balance sheet for the financial year ending 31 March 2024, and its most recent AGM was held on 30 September 2024. However, some of Cosmix’s strongest public claims remain difficult to independently verify.

Recognition After Shark Tank Appearance
The relatively modest paid-up capital (Rs. 10 lakh) indicates that on paper, the business still has a small capital base. Although many sources reference the Rs. 1 crore deal with Namita Thapar, no public record confirms that the deal was fully executed after due diligence-an issue common with many Shark Tank deals.

In summary, Cosmix began around 2019 as a wellness brand built by Vibha Harish and Soorya Jagdish. It gained strong recognition after its Shark Tank appearance in 2024. Official incorporation followed in 2022, and the company remains legally active. Its product range-especially plant-based protein powders, superfood mixes, and herbal supplements-continues to define the brand. However, many of the major claims about growth and revenue largely come from the founders themselves, with little independent public auditing beyond basic corporate paperwork.
