India Inc तेजी से Artificial Intelligence (AI) को scale कर रही है, driven by global competition, GenAI advances और digital transformation की जरूरतों से. Report के अनुसार AI अब सिर्फ experiments तक सीमित नहीं रहा, बल्कि customer engagement, operations optimisation और mission-critical systems का हिस्सा बन चुका है.

🚀 Adoption strong, but uneven | अपनाने में तेजी, पर संतुलन नहीं

हालांकि AI adoption तेज़ है, फिर भी सिर्फ 15% organisations ने ही enterprise-wide AI deployment किया है. बाकी कंपनियां अभी fragmented तरीके से AI use कर रही हैं, जिससे efficiency और control दोनों पर असर पड़ता है.

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) की report कहती है कि AI infrastructure तो तेज़ी से बढ़ रहा है, लेकिन governance, security और ethical safeguards उसी speed से आगे नहीं बढ़ रहे, जिससे risk management और accountability में gaps बन रहे हैं.

Report के मुताबिक:

• 60% companies के पास basic AI policies हैं

• सिर्फ 19% ने detailed risk assessments किए हैं

• 81% organisations को यह साफ़ नहीं कि उनके AI systems कैसे monitored और governed हो रहे हैं

जब AI initiatives अलग-अलग teams में develop होते हैं, तो standards और accountability inconsistent हो जाते हैं, खासकर जब third-party और in-house models साथ चल रहे हों.

Report बताती है कि principles तो widely accepted हैं, लेकिन implementation अब भी limited है:

• 20% से कम companies explainability और bias detection tools इस्तेमाल करती हैं

• 60% organisations model integrity check का formal process नहीं अपनातीं
