Jaipur | Rajshree Upadhyaya | Founded in 2023, Voxturn AI emerged as an ambitious startup focused on redefining how businesses interact with customers through artificial intelligence. Established by Gaurav Krishna Vishwakarma and Anuja Murlidhar Phutane under Invorto RealTech Private Limited, the company set out to simplify business communication by leveraging advanced conversational AI. While the company was incorporated in 2023, its flagship platform was officially launched in August 2024, marking its entry into the rapidly evolving AI voice automation market. Voxturn AI gained nationwide recognition after appearing on Shark Tank India Season 5, where the founders showcased their technology and vision to millions of viewers, bringing the startup into the spotlight.
The inspiration behind Voxturn AI stemmed from a growing need among businesses to automate repetitive customer interactions without compromising the quality of conversations. Organizations across industries often struggle with handling large volumes of sales inquiries, lead follow-ups, customer support requests, and routine business communication. Recognizing this challenge, the founders developed a platform capable of delivering natural, human-like conversations powered by artificial intelligence. Rather than replacing human employees, the technology was designed to handle repetitive tasks efficiently, allowing teams to focus on more strategic and relationship-driven responsibilities.
Today, Voxturn AI offers a suite of AI voice agents, voice automation solutions, lead qualification, customer support automation, multilingual conversational AI, CRM integration, workflow automation, and analytics dashboards. The platform enables businesses to deploy AI-powered voice assistants that can answer customer queries, engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and automate communication across multiple languages. Built as a Software-as-a-Service solution, it integrates with existing business workflows, making it easier for organizations to adopt conversational AI without extensive technical expertise. Its emphasis on scalability and enterprise-ready automation has positioned the company within India’s growing AI-driven business technology ecosystem.
The company’s appearance on Shark Tank India marked a significant milestone in its journey. During the pitch, Gaurav Krishna Vishwakarma and Anuja Murlidhar Phutane sought an investment of Rs. 1 crore in exchange for 10 percent equity while demonstrating the capabilities of their AI-powered voice platform. The Sharks appreciated the technological innovation and acknowledged the growing demand for AI-based automation. However, they expressed concerns about the highly competitive nature of the artificial intelligence industry and questioned whether the startup possessed a sufficiently strong competitive moat to sustain long-term differentiation. As a result, Voxturn AI left the show without securing an investment, but the national exposure substantially increased awareness of the brand among businesses, entrepreneurs, and technology enthusiasts.
Despite not receiving a deal on Shark Tank India, Voxturn AI has continued its journey as an operational company. Its official website remains active, offering demonstrations of its platform and information about its products and enterprise solutions, while its professional presence reflects continued product development and business engagement. The company continues to position itself as a provider of intelligent voice automation for modern enterprises, focusing on helping businesses improve customer communication through AI-powered technology. Although the conversational AI industry remains highly competitive, Voxturn AI’s continued operations indicate the founders’ commitment to expanding their platform and building a sustainable technology business in one of the world’s fastest-growing artificial intelligence markets.
