CPGRAMS और Digital Life Certificate से बढ़ रही transparency, citizen-centric बन रहा governance: Dr. Jitendra Singh
केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री Dr. Jitendra Singh ने शनिवार को कहा कि CPGRAMS यानी Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System और Digital Life Certificate जैसी initiatives भारत में governance system को transform कर रही हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि इन digital initiatives से transparency बढ़ी है, service delivery बेहतर हुई है और administration ज्यादा citizen-centric बन रहा है।
Dr. Jitendra Singh ने ये बातें Republic of Korea के Minister of Interior and Safety Yun Hojung के साथ बैठक के दौरान कहीं। Yun Hojung इन दिनों India की official visit पर हैं।
बैठक के दौरान Dr. Singh ने India की digital governance achievements को highlight किया और e-governance, Artificial Intelligence यानी AI और public administration जैसे sectors में दोनों देशों के बीच cooperation को और deepen करने का आह्वान किया।
दोनों leaders ने अपने-अपने delegations के साथ एक घंटे से अधिक समय तक bilateral talks कीं। इस दौरान digital governance, public administration, capacity building और citizen services के क्षेत्र में collaboration बढ़ाने पर discussion हुआ।
South Korean delegation का स्वागत करते हुए Dr. Jitendra Singh ने कहा कि India और Republic of Korea के बीच Special Strategic Partnership है, जो democratic values, innovation और good governance के प्रति shared commitment पर आधारित है।
उन्होंने Republic of Korea के President Lee Jae Myung की India visit के दौरान finalised Joint Strategic Vision Statement का भी उल्लेख किया। Dr. Singh ने कहा कि यह statement दोनों देशों के बीच future cooperation के लिए एक important roadmap है।
Prime Minister Narendra Modi के leadership में India की digital governance progress का जिक्र करते हुए Dr. Singh ने कहा कि technology-based governance platforms ने service delivery और grievance redressal mechanism को काफी मजबूत बनाया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि CPGRAMS और Digital Life Certificate जैसी initiatives ने transparency बढ़ाई है, procedural barriers को कम किया है और governance को common citizens के और करीब लाया है।
Dr. Singh ने कहा कि India और Republic of Korea दोनों vibrant democracies हैं। दोनों देशों के बीच shared values, cultural connections और rule of law के प्रति common commitment है।
उन्होंने कहा कि Asia की major economies के रूप में दोनों देशों की partnership केवल historic ही नहीं, बल्कि future-oriented भी है।
Dr. Jitendra Singh ने दोनों देशों के historical relations का भी जिक्र किया। उन्होंने Ayodhya की Princess Suriratna और तत्कालीन Gaya confederacy के King Suro के marital connection का उल्लेख किया, जिसे दोनों देशों के cultural ties में important माना जाता है।
उन्होंने India-Republic of Korea संबंधों को मजबूत बनाने में Yun Hojung के contribution की सराहना की, खासकर Korea-India Parliamentary Friendship Group के Chairman के रूप में उनकी role को important बताया।
Dr. Singh ने विश्वास जताया कि Yun Hojung की यह India visit दोनों देशों के बीच bilateral cooperation को और मजबूत बनाने में important role निभाएगी।
बैठक के दौरान दोनों sides ने digital transformation of government services, public administration में emerging technologies including AI के use, civil servants की capacity building, citizen participation और grievance redressal systems में best practices पर cooperation बढ़ाने पर जोर दिया।
दोनों देशों ने efficient, transparent और citizen-centric governance को promote करने के लिए India-Republic of Korea cooperation को और आगे बढ़ाने की commitment दोहराई।
