New Delhi: अब solar power के साथ storage setup करना नए thermal plants लगाने से सस्ता हो गया है, ये दिखाया है TERI के नए report में।
Study में BSES Rajdhani Power (BRPL) के peak demand day को analyse किया गया। रिपोर्ट में per-unit cost compare की गई:

Solar + Battery Energy Storage (BESS): Rs 3.9–4.3/kWh

Solar + Pumped Storage Plant (PSP): Rs 4.4–4.9/kWh

New Thermal Power: Rs 5.4–5.8/kWh
मतलब solar + storage ना सिर्फ cheaper है बल्कि clean और reliable 24×7 power भी देती है।
Experts का कहना है, “Solar tariffs पिछले 10 साल में 90% गिर चुके हैं। अब अगला step है affordable storage expand करना ताकि India की 24×7 green power future possible हो।”
