India बना Global AI Adoption का Largest Market

नई दिल्ली में Bank of America (BofA) की एक recent analysis के अनुसार India अब world का सबसे बड़ा और सबसे active market बन चुका है AI model adoption के मामले में। Report के मुताबिक Large Language Model (LLM) का usage India में तेज़ी से बढ़ा है और country अब ChatGPT, Gemini और Perplexity जैसे popular AI apps के users की संख्या में global level पर lead कर रही है। Monthly Active Users और Daily Active Users दोनों parameters पर India की position सबसे आगे बताई गई है।

BofA ने कहा कि India का AI market के रूप में उभरना scale, affordability और demographics जैसे factors के कारण हो रहा है। Country के पास world की second-largest online population है, जहां लगभग 700–750 million mobile internet users मौजूद हैं। Affordable data plans की वजह से AI tools तक access आसान हुआ है, जहां users केवल लगभग 2 dollar में 20–30 GB data monthly consume कर रहे हैं। Report में यह भी बताया गया कि India के internet users में से 60 percent से ज्यादा population 35 years से कम age की है। इस young population का बड़ा हिस्सा English-speaking है और new technology adoption में तेज़ी दिखा रहा है। यही वजह है कि AI applications को India में तेजी से acceptance मिल रहा है।

AI adoption को telecom companies से भी strong support मिल रहा है। BofA के अनुसार Jio और Bharti Airtel जैसी telcos paid AI apps के complimentary subscriptions offer कर रही हैं, जिनमें Gemini और Perplexity जैसे platforms शामिल हैं। Report ने इसे users, AI companies और telecom operators के लिए win-win situation बताया है। Consumers के लिए low cost पर advanced AI tools का access learning outcomes को बेहतर बना रहा है और productivity को boost कर रहा है। Indian users इन tools का इस्तेमाल education, skill development और daily tasks में efficiency बढ़ाने के लिए कर रहे हैं। इसके अलावा multiple Indian languages में AI models की availability digital divide को कम कर रही है और language barriers को reduce कर रही है, जिसे BofA ने AI का democratisation बताया है।

Report में यह भी highlight किया गया कि India future में agentic AI के लिए एक major testing ground बन सकता है। Agentic AI ऐसे applications होते हैं जो independently reason, plan और tasks execute करते हैं। India की massive और diverse user base real-world conditions में इन applications को stress-test करने के लिए ideal मानी गई है, इससे पहले कि उन्हें global markets में roll out किया जाए।

BofA ने यह suggestion भी दी कि global AI companies Indian firms के साथ fulfilment services के लिए partnerships कर सकती हैं, जैसे US में AI agents travel platforms Booking और Expedia के साथ tie-up करते हैं।
