नई दिल्ली : जैसे-जैसे Artificial Intelligence (AI) और Generative AI कामकाज की दुनिया को नया रूप दे रहे हैं, कंपनियाँ अब mid और senior-level employees की training पर ज़्यादा ध्यान दे रही हैं, रिपोर्ट में कहा गया।

Key Insights (Great Learning Report):

• Mid-level training demand FY24 के 15% से बढ़कर 35% हुई FY25 में।

• Senior-level training demand में भी दो गुना से ज़्यादा बढ़ोतरी, leadership pipeline और succession planning पर focus।

• Report large firms (10,000+ employees) के L&D leaders और BU heads से मिले inputs पर आधारित।

• Early-career training FY25 में घटा (macroeconomic slowdown और tech hiring caution की वजह से), लेकिन FY26 में strong rebound दिखा।

Top Focus Areas:

• Training programs में अब AI, Generative AI, Data Science & Analytics सबसे high-demand skills हैं।

• 48% organisations IT/ITeS sector से, 14% Manufacturing & Supply Chain, और 10% BFSI व Healthcare से।
