Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin will preside over a mega investor summit in Madurai today. तमिलनाडु सरकार का यह सम्मेलन दक्षिणी जिलों में औद्योगिक विकास, रोज़गार सृजन और बुनियादी ढांचे को मज़बूत करने की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम माना जा रहा है।
📌 Theme and Purpose | थीम और उद्देश्य
The summit is being organized under the theme “Tamil Nadu is Growing”. सरकार ने कहा कि इस सम्मेलन का मुख्य उद्देश्य निवेश आकर्षित करना, उद्योगों को प्रोत्साहन देना और क्षेत्रीय विकास को संतुलित बनाना है।
📑 MoU and Investment Scale | निवेश का बड़ा पैमाना
A total of 91 Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) will be signed during the day-long event. इन समझौतों के माध्यम से कुल 36,660.35 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश का मार्ग प्रशस्त होगा, जिससे तमिलनाडु की औद्योगिक क्षमता में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि होने की उम्मीद है।
👷 Employment Opportunities | रोज़गार का विस्तार
These investment proposals are expected to generate direct employment for 56,766 young people across multiple sectors. सरकार ने कहा कि इससे युवाओं को स्थायी रोज़गार मिलेगा और स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती प्रदान होगी।
🏗 SIPCOT Industrial Park | औद्योगिक पार्क की आधारशिला
The Chief Minister will also lay the foundation stone for a new SIPCOT Industrial Park at Melur. अधिकारियों के अनुसार यह औद्योगिक पार्क निर्माण, लॉजिस्टिक्स और सहायक उद्योगों को आकर्षित करेगा, जिससे मेलूर क्षेत्र एक नए इंडस्ट्रियल हब के रूप में उभरेगा।
🚧 Development Since 2021 | 2021 के बाद तेज़ विकास
The state government said that since assuming office in 2021, development works worth Rs 18,795 crore have been completed in Madurai district. इनमें सड़क निर्माण, जल आपूर्ति, शहरी ढांचा, स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं, शिक्षा व्यवस्था, आवास और ग्रामीण संपर्क से जुड़ी योजनाएं शामिल हैं।
💰 Welfare Initiatives | कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ
According to the official press release, the government has distributed Rs 8,668 crore as direct assistance to more than 96 lakh beneficiaries. सरकार ने बताया कि वर्ष 2021 से अब तक जिले में कुल 27,463 करोड़ रुपये की सामाजिक कल्याण सहायता पहुंचाई गई है।
🏠 Pattas and Project Inaugurations | पट्टे और नई शुरुआत
During the visit, CM Stalin will distribute house site pattas to 63,698 beneficiaries. इसके साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री 3,650 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से पूर्ण हुए विकास कार्यों का उद्घाटन करेंगे और कई नई परियोजनाओं की आधारशिला रखेंगे।
🚦 Flyover Inauguration | ट्रैफिक जाम से राहत
A major highlight of the visit will be the inauguration of the Veeramangai Velu Nachiyar Flyover at Melamadai. यह 150.28 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनाया गया फ्लाईओवर मदुरै के व्यस्ततम चौराहों में से एक पर यातायात को सुगम बनाएगा।
🌱 Dravidian Model Governance | द्रविड़ मॉडल की छाप
The government stated that Madurai has seen rapid and balanced growth under the Dravidian model of governance. बयान में कहा गया कि विकास के साथ-साथ सामाजिक न्याय और समावेशी नीतियों को प्राथमिकता दी गई है।

Reiterating the Chief Minister’s view, officials said the people of Madurai now clearly understand that sustained development is the key to progress. सरकार का मानना है कि यह सम्मेलन जिले के आर्थिक भविष्य को नई दिशा देगा।
