New Delhi। Healthcare products sector में कार्यरत कंपनी Royal Sense Limited ने stock exchanges को सूचित किया है कि TTG Innovations Private Limited (प्रस्तावित transferor company, जिसका Royal Sense Limited में विलय होना है और जिसे BSE Limited से दिनांक 19 नवंबर 2025 को Scheme of Arrangement के संबंध में NOC प्राप्त हुई है) को Central Procurement Agency, Directorate General of Health Services से एक महत्वपूर्ण order प्राप्त हुआ है।
कंपनी के board को उम्मीद है कि इस tender के माध्यम से कंपनी की sales में ₹100 करोड़ तक की वृद्धि हो सकती है। order के तहत कंपनी को विभिन्न प्रकार के surgical products की आपूर्ति करनी होगी।
Business activities:
2023 में स्थापित, Royal Sense Limited medical devices, surgical instruments, surgical consumables, laboratory equipment, laboratory reagents, medical disposables और diagnostic kits में कार्य करता है। कंपनी के incorporation से पहले, व्यवसाय Rishabh Arora द्वारा “M/s Royal Traders, PHT और Anaya” नाम से sole proprietorship के रूप में संचालित किया जाता था। 28 अप्रैल 2023 को, कंपनी को Royal Sense Limited द्वारा कंपनी की assets और liabilities के साथ अधिग्रहित कर लिया गया।
कंपनी अपने products को Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir जैसे विभिन्न राज्यों के Health Departments को स्वयं और distributors / sub-dealers के नेटवर्क के माध्यम से आपूर्ति करती है। कंपनी पूरे India में government institutions और private hospitals को भी अपने उत्पादों की आपूर्ति कर रही है।
