New Delhi, 19 दिसंबर 2025: Medhavi Skills University (MSU) ने Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) — Scotland की national awarding और qualification providing body — के साथ एक strategic progression partnership को औपचारिक रूप दिया है। यह साझेदारी National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 के अनुरूप Indian higher education और skill development के internationalisation की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
इस साझेदारी का उद्देश्य global level पर aligned, skill-integrated learning pathways विकसित करना है, जिसके तहत Indian और international learners India में work-integrated, credit-based programmes का अध्ययन कर सकें और उन्हें worldwide universities एवं employment opportunities तक स्पष्ट progression routes मिल सकें। यह सहयोग NEP 2020 के उस vision को सशक्त करता है, जिसमें vocational education को higher education से जोड़ने, national credit frameworks को मजबूत करने और high-quality global partnerships विकसित करने पर ज़ोर दिया गया है।
हस्ताक्षर समारोह में SQA के चार सदस्यीय delegation — Ms Margaret Curran (International Regional Manager, South Asia), Mr Mark Hill, Ms Alison Burns और Mr George Kolath — उपस्थित रहे। इस अवसर पर chief guest के रूप में Prof. (Dr.) Nirmaljeet Singh Kalsi, retired IAS, former Chairman, NCVET एवं India के credit-based frameworks (NCrF/NSQF) के प्रमुख architects में से एक, शामिल हुए। अपने संबोधन में Dr Kalsi ने global standards पर आधारित partnerships के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला, जो Indian youth के लिए seamless credit mobility, recognition और lifelong learning को सक्षम बनाती हैं।
इस अवसर पर बोलते हुए, Medhavi Skills University के Founder एवं Chancellor Mr Pravesh Dudani ने कहा,
“यह साझेदारी Indian learners के लिए globally aligned academic और career pathways तैयार करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। internationally recognised qualifications और smooth progression opportunities के माध्यम से यह India के work-integrated education ecosystem को मजबूत करती है और global mobility एवं lifelong learning के broader vision का समर्थन करती है।”
इस समझौते के तहत, Medhavi Skills University ऐसे work-integrated, credit-mapped programmes पेश करेगी जो SQA के international standards के अनुरूप होंगे। eligible learners को MSU degree के साथ-साथ SQA qualifications प्राप्त करने का अवसर मिलेगा, जिससे overseas top-up और higher degree programmes तक flexible और cost-effective progression routes तैयार होंगे। यह सहयोग high-demand sectors पर केंद्रित होगा, ताकि employability और industry relevance को मजबूत किया जा सके।
SQA की ओर से Ms Margaret Curran ने कहा,
“Medhavi Skills University के साथ इस partnership के माध्यम से SQA का उद्देश्य Indian learners के लिए globally benchmarked qualifications को अधिक accessible बनाना है। हमारे frameworks के alignment से हम structured progression pathways सक्षम कर रहे हैं, जो academic mobility को support करते हैं और international opportunities के द्वार खोलते हैं।”
India के साथ-साथ South Asia, GCC, Africa और ASEAN regions के learners को internationally recognised credits, dual certification और overseas higher education से पहले education का एक बड़ा हिस्सा India में पूरा करने का विकल्प मिलेगा। SQA की robust quality assurance systems और extensive international articulation network को Indian learners के और करीब लाकर, यह साझेदारी Indian qualifications में global trust को बढ़ाने और academic एवं career mobility का विस्तार करने का लक्ष्य रखती है।
