BLAZO i-TRK में iMAXX 2.0 connected vehicle platform दिया गया है, जो real-time vehicle information, predictive diagnostics, driver behaviour monitoring और service management जैसी सुविधाएं देता है। इसके साथ 6 years/6 lakh km और 8 years/8 lakh km के maintenance contracts और tippers के लिए 6,000 से 10,000 hours की extended warranty का option है।
Now24x7 mobile app के जरिए fleet owners और transporters breakdown की complaint दर्ज करने और track करने, service history देखने, spare parts order करने और service appointment लेने जैसे काम mobile से कर सकते हैं। इससे fleet management आसान होता है और downtime कम करने में मदद मिलती है।
