Unitholders को Rs 3,136 करोड़ का Distribution
भारत के छह Publicly Listed Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) ने चालू Financial Year की पहली तिमाही यानी Q1 FY27 में 4.85 लाख से अधिक Unitholders को कुल Rs 3,136 करोड़ का Distribution किया है। यह आंकड़ा Indian REIT Sector में लगातार बढ़ते Investor Participation और Stable Cash Flow की स्थिति को दर्शाता है।
छह प्रमुख REITs हैं शामिल
देश में Listed REITs में Brookfield India Real Estate Trust, Embassy Office Parks REIT, Mindspace Business Parks REIT, Nexus Select Trust, Knowledge Realty Trust और Bagmane Prime Office REIT शामिल हैं। ये सभी REITs देश के बड़े Commercial Real Estate Assets का Management कर रहे हैं।
Gross AUM Rs 3.17 लाख करोड़ के पार
Q1 FY27 के अंत तक Indian REIT Sector का कुल Gross Assets Under Management (AUM) Rs 3.17 लाख करोड़ से अधिक रहा। वहीं, 11 अगस्त 2026 तक इन REITs का Combined Market Capitalisation Rs 2.17 लाख करोड़ से अधिक था। छह REITs मिलकर देशभर में 214 Million Square Feet से अधिक Grade A Office और Retail Space का Management कर रहे हैं।
अब तक Rs 34,800 करोड़ से ज्यादा Distribution
शुरुआत से अब तक Listed REITs अपने Unitholders को Rs 34,800 करोड़ से अधिक का Distribution कर चुके हैं। यह भारत के Capital Markets में REITs की बढ़ती भूमिका और Income-Generating Real Estate Assets में Investors की रुचि को रेखांकित करता है।
Healthy Rental Collections से मिला समर्थन
Knowledge Realty Trust के Chief Executive Officer और Indian REITs Association के Chairperson Shirish Godbole के अनुसार, Global Uncertainties के बावजूद Quarter में मजबूत Distribution Financial Year की सकारात्मक शुरुआत है। उन्होंने कहा कि Healthy Rental Collections, बेहतर Occupancy, मजबूत Underlying Assets और Disciplined Capital Management ने Distribution Growth को समर्थन दिया है।
REIT Sector को बढ़ावा दे रही IRA
Indian REITs Association (IRA) की स्थापना 2023 में SEBI और Ministry of Finance के मार्गदर्शन में हुई थी। यह Non-Profit Industry Body REIT Sector में Awareness, Education, Growth और Development को बढ़ावा देने के लिए काम करती है।
