India में Global Capability Centres (GCCs) तेजी से AI से आगे बढ़ रहे हैं, और 58% से अधिक GCCs अब AI pilots से deployment stage में पहुंच चुके हैं। Report के अनुसार, इस sector की workforce 2030 तक 3.46 million तक पहुंच जाएगी, जिसमें 1.3 million नई नौकरी भूमिकाएँ शामिल होंगी।

🚀 GCCs Going Big on GenAI: Investment Rising Rapidly

2025 तक लगभग 70% GCCs Generative AI (GenAI) में निवेश कर रहे हैं, जबकि 60% से अधिक 2026 तक AI safety और governance teams स्थापित कर देंगे, according to NLB Services.

India में AI governance तेजी से institutionalise हो रहा है और organisations अपने digital transformation को AI-led बनाते जा रहे हैं।

📈 2026 Job Outlook: 11% Increase in Opportunities

Report के अनुमान के अनुसार 2026 में sector में 11% job growth दिखेगी, जिससे workforce 2.4 million तक पहुंच जाएगी।

लगभग 75% GCCs अगले वर्ष के भीतर daily operations में GenAI embed करने की योजना बना रहे हैं, जिससे efficiency बढ़ेगी और job roles reconfigure होंगे।

• 27% mid-level roles

• 25% junior tech roles

को redesign किया जा रहा है क्योंकि AI copilots और automation tools mainstream बन रहे हैं।
