Codenamed “QU2i,” this model introduces substantial updates in design, technology, and features, aiming to elevate the Venue’s appeal among urban SUV enthusiasts.

Exterior design
Spy shots reveal that the upcoming Venue retains its signature boxy silhouette but adopts a more refined aesthetic. Notable exterior enhancements include:

  • A redesigned front fascia featuring a rectangular-patterned grille and a new split LED headlamp setup.
  •  Pronounced wheel arches with thicker cladding and new 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.
  • Updated side mirrors (ORVMs) and roof rails, contributing to a more robust profile.
  • A revamped rear design with connected LED tail-lights, a longer roof spoiler, and a redesigned lower bumper equipped with multiple parking sensors.

Interior & features
While official interior images are yet to be released, reports suggest that the next-gen Venue will boast a completely redesigned cabin, drawing inspiration from Hyundai’s larger models like the Creta and Alcazar. Expected interior features include:
n A panoramic sunroof, enhancing the sense of space and luxury.
n Ventilated front seats and sliding/reclining second-row seats for added comfort.
n A larger 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system paired with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster.
n Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Level 2, including features like adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist.

Powertrain options
The next-gen Venue is expected to retain its current engine lineup, providing a balance between performance and efficiency:
n 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 83 PS and 114 Nm of torque. 1.0L turbocharged petrol engine delivering 120 PS and 172 Nm of torque. 1.5L diesel engine generating 116 PS and 250 Nm of torque.

Production & launch timeline
Hyundai plans to commence production of the new Venue at its Talegaon facility in Maharashtra, marking a strategic move to enhance its manufacturing capabilities in India. The launch is anticipated around October-November 2025, aligning with the festive season to capitalize on heightened consumer demand.
