China में बढ़ा Claude का Underground Market
नई दिल्ली, China में Anthropic के AI Model Claude तक पहुंच दिलाने वाला Underground Market तेजी से फैल रहा है। देश में Claude आधिकारिक रूप से Block होने के बावजूद Brokers और Token Resellers विदेशी Servers के जरिए Chinese Users को इसकी Access उपलब्ध करा रहे हैं। South Korea की The Chosun की एक Report में यह जानकारी सामने आई है।
विदेशों में बनाए जा रहे Accounts
Report के मुताबिक Token Resellers उन देशों में Servers स्थापित करते हैं, जहां Claude के इस्तेमाल की अनुमति है। इसके बाद बड़ी संख्या में Accounts बनाकर उनकी Access China में Users को बेची जाती है। Researchers, Engineers और Developers खास तौर पर Code Generation और Claude के नए Versions को Test करने के लिए इसका इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं।
Beijing में कई कंपनियां Reselling में सक्रिय
Report में दावा किया गया है कि Beijing के Haidian District की एक Office Building में मौजूद 30 Companies में से कम से कम 6 AI Access Reselling से जुड़ी हैं। Nationwide ऐसे हजारों Operators सक्रिय होने की बात कही गई है।
Shell Companies के जरिए Controls से बचने की कोशिश
US Platforms की सख्ती बढ़ने के बाद Resellers कथित तौर पर Southeast Asia, Middle East और United States में Shell Companies बनाकर Anthropic या Amazon Web Services के साथ Enterprise Agreements हासिल करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।
Anthropic ने Chinese Firms पर लगाए थे आरोप
March 2026 में Anthropic ने DeepSeek सहित तीन Chinese Unicorns पर Claude की Capabilities को कथित रूप से अवैध तरीके से Extract करने का आरोप लगाया था। Company के अनुसार करीब 24,000 Fraudulent Accounts और 16 Million से अधिक Exchanges का इस्तेमाल Chinese AI Models की Training के लिए किया गया।
Anthropic ने चेतावनी दी थी कि इस तरह तैयार Models में मजबूत Safety Guardrails की कमी हो सकती है, जिससे Cyberattacks और अन्य गंभीर Security Risks बढ़ सकते हैं।
