Naukri JobSpeak Report 2025 के अनुसार, अक्टूबर महीने में India’s White Collar Hiring सालाना आधार पर 3% बढ़ी है। हालांकि JobSpeak Index अक्टूबर में 2,480 पॉइंट्स पर रहा, जो पिछले साल की तुलना में 9% की गिरावट को दिखाता है।

👩💼 Freshers & Startups Drive the Growth
Education सेक्टर में 0–3 years experience वाले freshers की हायरिंग 25% बढ़ी। वहीं, startups in education sector ने सालाना आधार पर 77% की शानदार हायरिंग ग्रोथ दर्ज की है।
💻 Emerging Tech Roles on the Rise
Emerging Technologies जैसे Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, Machine Learning से जुड़े सेक्टर्स में 60% तक की ग्रोथ देखी गई।
Machine Learning Engineers की demand 139% बढ़ी है, जबकि Search Engineers, Medical Coders, Transition Managers, Manufacturing Engineers जैसी roles में 30–62% तक की वृद्धि हुई है।
🌆 BPO/ITES और IT Unicorns
BPO/ITES सेक्टर में Entry-level Hiring 20% बढ़ी, जिससे कुल मिलाकर सेक्टर में 6% YoY Growth दर्ज की गई।
IT Unicorns में हायरिंग स्थिर (stable) रही, लेकिन emerging cities और metro areas दोनों ने strong hiring momentum दिखाया।
