Two-Day Bib Expo Begins for 10th Edition of Vedanta Pink City Half Marathon, Jaipur

Jaipur, November 28, 2025: The spirit of RunForZeroHunger returned to the Pink City as the two-day Bib Expo for the 10th Vedanta Pink City Half Marathon commenced today at the C.K. Birla Hospital grounds, Gopalpura, Jaipur. The initiative, closely aligned with Vedanta’s flagship social impact project Nand Ghar, reiterates the organisation’s commitment to eliminating child malnutrition and ensuring healthy childhoods across India through reimagined anganwadis providing early childhood education, nutrition, healthcare and skill development. The Expo was inaugurated with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, marking the start of race-week celebrations.

This year’s edition features association of Harmanpreet Kaur, Captain of the Indian Women’s Cricket Team, who joins as the International Event Ambassador for Vedanta Pink City Half Marathon 2025. She will flag off the run at 7:00 a.m. on November 30 from Mahal Road, NRI Square, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur. Her presence underlines the marathon’s message of empowerment, resilience, and community wellbeing.

Supported by Vedanta, organised by Any Body Can Run (ABCR) and powered by Finova Capital, the marathon will once again transform Jaipur’s historic streets into a festive track as 15,000 runners from across India and overseas participate in the Half Marathon (21.097 km), 10K Cool Run, and 5K Dream Run. The race route holds an official certification from the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS), ensuring globally benchmarked standards for course accuracy.

In the run-up to the event, Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister, Diya Kumari, unveiled the official race T-shirt and the 10th-edition medal. The medal is crafted from high-grade zinc sourced from Vedanta subsidiary, Hindustan Zinc, the world’s largest integrated producer of zinc.

The Vedanta Pink City Half Marathon has grown into one of Jaipur’s most anticipated annual sporting events, uniting professional athletes, fitness enthusiasts, families, and social-impact champions.
