मुंबई। Insurtech कंपनी Turtlemint Fintech Solutions Ltd ने अपने प्रस्तावित Initial Public Offering (IPO) के लिए SEBI को Confidential Pre-filing Route के ज़रिए Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) जमा कराए हैं। कंपनी का उद्देश्य अपने Equity Shares को Stock Exchange के Main Board पर List करना है।
कंपनी ने IPO प्रक्रिया में सहयोग के लिए ICICI Securities, Jefferies India, JM Financial और Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors को Lead Merchant Bankers नियुक्त किया है।
2015 में Dhirendra Mahyavanshi और Anand Prabhudesai द्वारा स्थापित Turtlemint का लक्ष्य Insurance Policies की खरीद और प्रबंधन को सरल बनाना है। अब तक कंपनी अपने 5 लाख से अधिक Advisors के Network के ज़रिए 1.6 करोड़ से ज़्यादा Policies बेच चुकी है।
Turtlemint का Digital Platform Financial Advisors को ग्राहकों की आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार तुरंत Insurance Products Match करने में सक्षम बनाता है, जिससे उनकी Efficiency और Business Productivity बढ़ती है।
कंपनी को अब तक Amansa Capital, Jungle Ventures और Nexus Venture Partners जैसे Investors का Support मिला है।
