They argued that this immersive experience could significantly enhance comprehension and retention. Their products ranged from interactive alphabet books to comprehensive learning kits covering various subjects. The founders emphasized their mission of making AR technology accessible to every student, aiming to bridge the gap between traditional education and modern technological advancements.
Company valued at Rs. 1.8 crore
The sharks were highly impressed with Holokitab’s offerings. Peyush Bansal praised the concept and acknowledged its alignment with the growing trend of technology integration in education. Aman Gupta and Vineeta Singh also showed interest, seeing the scalability of the idea. However, Namita Thapar saw the most potential in the venture. She offered Rs. 45 lakh for 25% equity, valuing the company at Rs. 1.8 crore.
This valuation was much higher than the founders’ initial ask, reflecting the sharks’ confidence in Holokitab’s potential. Namita’s offer came with certain conditions, including a focus on product quality and a clear roadmap for scaling the business. Keen to leverage Namita’s expertise and network, the founders agreed to her terms. This partnership proved to be a turning point for Holokitab, propelling them into the limelight and providing them with the resources needed to expand their reach.

After the show, Holokitab saw a massive rise in popularity and demand. Their products became popular among parents and teachers who were seeking innovative learning tools. The brand’s presence on platforms like Instagram and its official website further strengthened its position in the edtech sector. From a modest startup to an established name in augmented reality education, Holokitab’s journey is a testament to the transformative power of technology in reshaping traditional learning paradigms.
