Tamil Nadu के Chief Minister M.K. Stalin ने Toy Manufacturing Policy 2025 launch की है, जिसका main goal राज्य को design, development और production of next-generation toys का global centre बनाना है 🎯. इस policy के तहत large-scale factories के साथ-साथ राज्य की centuries-old traditional toy art को भी modern supply chains से जोड़ा जाएगा।
Global toy market की size 2024 में लगभग $180 billion आंकी गई है, लेकिन India का share अभी 1% से भी कम है। Tamil Nadu govt इस gap को एक big opportunity मान रही है और इसे capture करने के लिए aggressive planning की गई है 📊.
🏭 Investment Plan / निवेश की रणनीति
Government का target है कि कम से कम 10 anchor investors को attract किया जाए और एक dedicated Toy Manufacturing Park set up किया जाए। इसके साथ creative design studios भी promote किए जाएंगे ताकि research, innovation और high-skilled jobs create किए जा सकें 💡.

Policy में futuristic और high-value categories को focus में रखा गया है जैसे:

MSMEs के लिए भी बड़ा support रखा गया है। Toy manufacturing में आने वाली Micro, Small और Medium Enterprises को ₹1.5 करोड़ तक capital subsidy, payroll support, IP subsidy और interest reimbursement मिलेगा MSME Policy 2021 के तहत 🏢.
🧩 Inclusive & Learning Toys / सीखने वाले और inclusive toys
Policy में experiential learning toys और special needs children के लिए inclusive toys बनाने वाली कंपनियों को special incentives दिए जाएंगे, ताकि social impact और global safety standards दोनों को साथ में achieve किया जा सके 🌱.
🎨 Creative Studios Support / क्रिएटिव स्टूडियो को सपोर्ट
Creative design studios को बढ़ावा देने के लिए government 12 महीनों तक 30% payroll subsidy देगी, जिससे innovation-driven businesses को boost मिलेगा ✏️.
🏛️ Implementation / कार्यान्वयन व्यवस्था
यह policy 5 साल तक valid रहेगी और इसे Industries Department लागू करेगा। SIPCOT nodal agency होगी जो incentives disburse करेगी, साथ ही MSMEs के लिए अलग facilitation mechanism भी रहेगा।
