Business Remedies/Jaipur। मसाला industry से जुड़ी emerging company Shyam Dhani Industries Limited के IPO ने share market में जबरदस्त हलचल मचा दी है। bidding के दूसरे दिन ही इस NSE SME issue को लेकर investors में ज़बरदस्त उत्साह देखने को मिला है। IPO खुलने के दूसरे दिन 241.02 times subscribe हो चुका है।
Company (Shyam Masale) का ₹38.49 crore का SME IPO NSE Emerge platform पर 22 दिसंबर को open हुआ है, जो 24 दिसंबर 2025 को close होगा। Shyam Dhani Industries Limited के Chairman Ramavatar Agrawal, Director Mamta Devi Agrawal और Vimal Agrawal के अनुसार, उनकी company एक ISO certified company है, जो ‘Shyam’ एवं ‘Morvik’ brand के अंतर्गत लगभग 164 varieties के regular और premium quality मसालों की manufacturing और sales करती है।
Company 8 से अधिक countries में spices का export भी करती है। इसके अलावा company Shyam brand के अंतर्गत kala namak, sendha namak, rice, poha, kasuri methi और seasoning mix जैसे products भी बेचती है। Company की manufacturing unit Jaipur में स्थित है और इसके products general trade, modern retail, quick commerce platforms, HoReCa channels (hotel, restaurant और catering) तथा export के माध्यम से market में उपलब्ध हैं।
यह IPO ₹38.49 crore का है, जिसमें 54.98 lakh equity shares का fresh issue शामिल है। Company ने IPO का price band ₹65 से ₹70 per share तय किया है।
Financial performance की बात करें तो Shyam Dhani Industries Limited ने FY 2023–24 में ₹107.64 crore revenue पर ₹6.30 crore का net profit अर्जित किया था। वहीं FY 2024–25 में company ने ₹124.75 crore revenue के साथ ₹8.04 crore का net profit report किया। April–September 2025 period में company ने ₹63.83 crore revenue और ₹4.20 crore net profit दर्ज किया है।
Company का share 30 दिसंबर 2025 को NSE Emerge platform पर list होने की संभावना है। IPO से जुटाई गई राशि का उपयोग primarily capital expenditure के लिए किया जाएगा, जिसमें नई machinery की खरीद, solar rooftop system की installation, existing debt का आंशिक repayment और working capital requirements को पूरा करना शामिल है।
IPO को मिला जबरदस्त Response
Premium spices manufacturing company Shyam Dhani Industries Limited का SME IPO 22 दिसंबर को open होते ही investors के बीच छा गया। IPO opening के कुछ ही minutes में fully subscribe हो गया था। Tuesday evening तक IPO को कुल 241.02 times subscription मिला, जिसमें retail category 89.56 times और HNI segment 76.94 times subscribe हुआ। इस strong response ने IPO को SME market में बेहद खास बना दिया है।
IPO Funds का कहां होगा इस्तेमाल?
Jaipur-based Shyam Dhani Industries Limited black pepper, kala namak, rice, poha और kasuri methi जैसे premium spices और grocery products का export करती है। Company IPO proceeds का उपयोग Rajasthan में अपनी existing manufacturing unit में नई machinery लगाने, पुराने loans चुकाने और working capital needs को strengthen करने के लिए करेगी।
