New Delhi। Oriana Power Limited नई दिल्ली आधारित renewable energy sector की एक प्रमुख company है। कंपनी ने stock exchanges को सूचित किया है कि कंपनी ने V.O. Chidambaranar Port Authority, Tuticorin के साथ India Energy Week 2026 के दौरान एक Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। यह MoU 29 January, 2026 को signed किया गया था।
इस MoU में Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS) initiatives और e-Ammonia एवं e-Methanol facilities के development पर collaboration की परिकल्पना की गई है। इस partnership में एक Green Methanol production facility की स्थापना भी शामिल है, जिसका उद्देश्य है:
- Port Authority की carbon neutrality initiatives को support करना, और
- Green Methanol bunkering एवं export-oriented Green Hydrogen derivatives infrastructure के लिए port readiness को बढ़ाना।
यह MoU V.O. Chidambaranar Port Authority, Tuticorin के Chairman Susanta Kumar Purohit, IRSEE की presence में signed किया गया, जबकि Oriana Power Limited की ओर से senior management ने representation किया। Company management के अनुसार, यह collaboration clean energy solutions को आगे बढ़ाने और sustainable, port-based industrial development एवं maritime decarbonisation initiatives को मजबूत करने की दिशा में shared commitment को दर्शाता है।
