Labour & Employment Minister Mansukh Mandaviya ने Parliament को बताया कि government के National Career Service (NCS) portal के जरिए अब तक 8.17 crore job vacancies mobilise की जा चुकी हैं। यह opportunities सभी jobseekers के लिए हैं, जिनमें women, SC/ST और EWS categories भी शामिल हैं।
📊 Registration Data | Employers और Jobseekers की Strong Presence
Minister ने कहा कि 20 November तक, NCS portal पर 6.02 crore+ jobseekers और 54.27 lakh employers registered हैं। यह data दिखाता है कि platform employer–employee matching में एक बड़ा role play कर रहा है और देश में employment ecosystem को मजबूत बना रहा है।
🖥️ One-Stop Career Platform | Jobs से Training तक सब कुछ
Mandaviya ने बताया कि NCS एक one-stop digital solution है, जहां private और government sectors के jobs के अलावा career counselling, vocational guidance, skill development courses, training programmes, और online–offline job fairs की information भी दी जाती है।
🏢 Model Career Centres (MCCs) | Ground-level Support
Minister ने यह भी बताया कि NCS project के तहत देशभर में Model Career Centres (MCCs) की स्थापना की जा रही है। अभी तक government ने 407 MCCs approve किए हैं, जो states और institutions के साथ मिलकर employment services deliver कर रहे हैं।
🌍 India Leads G20 in Employment
World Economic Forum की ‘Future of Jobs Report 2025’ का हवाला देते हुए Mandaviya ने कहा कि India का unemployment rate केवल 2% है, जो पूरे G20 में सबसे कम है। उन्होंने बताया कि employment generation growth के साथ-साथ विभिन्न sectors में हो रहा है।
🤝 Corporate Tie-Ups | Private Sector से Partnerships
पिछले एक साल में Ministry ने Amazon और Swiggy समेत 10 major organisations के साथ MoUs sign किए हैं। इन partnerships से अब तक करीब 5 lakh vacancies mobilise की जा चुकी हैं।
🚀 Youth Employment Plan | PM-VBRY in Focus
Youth empowerment पर जोर देते हुए Minister ने याद दिलाया कि Prime Minister Narendra Modi ने third term की शुरुआत में Rs 2 lakh crore का employment और skilling package announce किया था, जिससे 4.1 crore youth को benefit मिलेगा।
इस package का flagship scheme है Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PM-VBRY), जिसके लिए Rs 99,446 crore allocate किए गए हैं। इसका लक्ष्य है 2 साल में 3.5 crore jobs create करना, जिसमें से 1.92 crore first-time workers को फायदा मिलेगा।
