Milestone Gears Limited ने 1100 करोड़ रुपये तक के IPO के लिए SEBI के पास दाखिल किया DRHP

Milestone Gears Limited (“Company”) ने मार्केट रेगुलेटर Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) के पास अपना Draft Red Herring Prospectus (“DRHP”) फाइल किया है। यह Company high-precision, complex engineered transmission components बनती है, इनका इस्तेमाल tractor, construction equipment, electric vehicle (“EV”), locomotive, windmill और दूसरे heavy industries जैसे कई sectors में होता है।

Company का प्लान है कि वह Initial Public Offering के ज़रिए equity shares (face value ₹2 हर एक) के offer से 1100 करोड़ रुपये तक के funds जुटाएगी। इस offer में 800 करोड़ रुपये तक के fresh equity shares का issue (“Fresh Issue”) और selling shareholders द्वारा 300 करोड़ रुपये तक के Offer for Sale (“Offer for Sale”) शामिल हैं।

Company net income से मिले fund का इस्तेमाल इन कामों में करने का प्लान बना रही है:
क.) हमारी Company द्वारा लिए गए कुछ बकाया उधार और उन पर जमा ब्याज का पूरा या कुछ हिस्सा चुकाना/प्रीपेमेंट करना;
ख.) Mohal Bated, Tehsil Baddi, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh में एक नई manufacturing facility लगाने के लिए capital खर्च की ज़रूरतों को पूरा करना (“Proposed Greenfield Project”);
ग.) आम corporate मकसद।

Milestone Gears high-precision, complex engineered transmission components की manufacturer है, जिनका इस्तेमाल tractor, construction equipment, electric vehicle (“EV”), locomotive, windmill और दूसरे heavy industries सहित कई sectors में होता है। Company अपने products Indian और global original equipment manufacturers (“OEM”) customers को supply करती है, जिसमें उनकी affiliated entities भी शामिल हैं। 1 April, 2022 और 30 June, 2025 के बीच, Company ने 50 से ज़्यादा customers को supply किया है, जिसमें India में tractor sector के सभी top नौ OEM शामिल हैं (Source: 1Lattice Report), और उनमें से ज़्यादातर के साथ लंबे समय से रिश्ते बनाए हैं।

Red Herring Prospectus के ज़रिए ऑफर किए जाने वाले equity shares को BSE Limited (“BSE”) और National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”) पर list करने का प्रस्ताव है।

Milestone Gears Limited (“The Company”) a manufacturer of high-precision, complex engineered transmission components that have applications across multiple sectors, including tractors, construction equipment, electric vehicles (“EVs”), locomotives, windmills and other heavy industries.

The Company supply its products to Indian and global original equipment manufacturers (“OEM”) customers, including their affiliated entities. Between April 1, 2022 and June 30, 2025, we have supplied to more than 50 customers, including all the top nine OEMs in the tractor sector in India (Source: 1Lattice Report), and have established long-standing relationships with majority of them.
We leverage our end-to-end manufacturing capabilities, backed by a technology-driven approach and fungible production setup, to manufacture a broad spectrum of transmission component families, making us a one-stop shop for the complete range of transmission components.
The Company is a technology-oriented company committed to addressing customer requirements through the adoption of advanced equipment and machinery that enable us to not only continuously meet the changing engineering specifications of the components and foray into new products but also keep our existing portfolio aligned with customer expectations and improve operational efficiencies. Our product portfolio comprises bull gears, transmission gears and transmission shafts, rear axles, spindles, internal ring gears, rock shafts and induction hardened shafts, cut bevel gears, and ground gears and shafts, which we supply to domestic and global OEMs.
