पंजाब के लुधियाना आधारित ‘Madhur Knit Crafts Limited’ fabric, blankets, winter textile, garments और अन्य textile products के production में active company है। company द्वारा solar panels की खरीद के लिए वांछित capital expenditure के financing, company की working capital requirements को पूरा करने, company द्वारा लिए गए कुछ outstanding loans के एक हिस्से का prepayment या repayment करने और general corporate purposes की पूर्ति हेतु NSE Emerge platform पर IPO लाया जा रहा है। बिजनेस रेमेडीज की team ने company के prospectus से company की कारोबारी गतिविधियों के संबंध में जानकारी हासिल की है।
कारोबारी गतिविधियां: अगस्त 1997 में incorporated, Madhur Knit Crafts Limited एक textile manufacturing company है और यह fabric, blankets, winter textile, garments और अन्य textile products के production में लगी हुई है। company ने 2013 में blankets manufacturing पर focus करते हुए business operations शुरू किया और तब से company consumer, industrial और institutional textile requirements को पूरा करने के लिए अपने product portfolio में diversity लाई है। company yarn से fabric तक की integrated manufacturing process का operation करती है, जिसमें knitting, dyeing, printing, brushing, polishing, sueding, stentering, bonding और finishing जैसी processes शामिल हैं। company का manufacturing plant पंजाब के लुधियाना में स्थित है और यह एक well-established textile hub है। manufacturing plant की location से company को raw materials, suppliers, logistics services और distribution network तक easy access मिलता है। यह plant Korea, Taiwan और China से imported modern textile machines से equipped है और इसमें एक in-house wastewater treatment plant भी है। company को quality management system के लिए ISO 9001:2015 certification प्राप्त है।

वित्तीय प्रदर्शन: वित्त वर्ष 2023 में company ने 8,932.70 लाख रुपए का revenue from operations और 90.31 लाख रुपए का profit after tax, वित्त वर्ष 2024 में company ने 10,838.45 लाख रुपए का revenue from operations और 170.43 लाख रुपए का profit after tax और वित्त वर्ष 2025 में company ने 17,163.50 लाख रुपए का revenue from operations और 1,103.25 लाख रुपए का profit after tax अर्जित किया है। वित्त वर्ष 2026 में 28 फरवरी 2026 को समाप्त अवधि में company ने 19,469.05 लाख रुपए का revenue और 1,235.23 लाख रुपए का profit after tax अर्जित किया है। वित्त वर्ष 2026 में 28 फरवरी 2026 को समाप्त अवधि में company ने 6.34 फीसदी का profit after tax margin अर्जित किया है।
प्रवर्तकों का अनुभव
60 वर्षीय Arun Gupta company के Managing Director और promoter हैं और company की स्थापना के समय से ही इससे जुड़े हुए हैं। उन्होंने 1983 में CBSE Board से higher secondary education प्राप्त की। उन्होंने 2023 में Business Coaching India, New Delhi से Business Master Program किया है। उन्हें textile और yarn industry में चार दशकों से अधिक का experience है। Managing Director के रूप में, वे operations coordination, planning and implementation management और company के business के expansion और overall management की देखरेख के लिए responsible हैं। उनकी responsibilities में daily operations की monitoring, public relations management, strategic decision making और customers, stakeholders और shareholders के साथ relationships बनाए रखना शामिल है।

IPO के संबंध में जानकारी: ‘Madhur Knit Crafts Limited’ का IPO NSE Emerge platform पर 24 अगस्त को खुलकर 27 अगस्त 2026 को बंद होगा। company द्वारा book-built issue system से 10 रुपए face value के 53,28,000 equity shares 95 से 100 रुपए प्रति share के price पर issue कर करीब 53.28 करोड़ रुपए जुटाए जा रहे हैं। IPO का market lot size 1200 shares का है और retail investors को दो lots के लिए application करना होगा। company के IPO का management प्रमुख lead manager company SKI Capital Services Limited द्वारा किया जा रहा है।
