InoxGFL Group का हिस्सा और प्रमुख integrated renewable energy platform Inox Clean Energy Limited ने IPO के लिए SEBI के पास Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) दाखिल किया है।
कंपनी के proposed IPO का कुल size Rs. 10,000 करोड़ तक है। इसमें Rs. 8,000 करोड़ तक का fresh issue और selling shareholder की ओर से Rs. 2,000 करोड़ तक का Offer for Sale (OFS) शामिल है। कंपनी के promoters Devansh Jain और Avarna Jain हैं।
Fresh issue से मिलने वाली राशि का इस्तेमाल कंपनी और/या उसकी कुछ direct एवं indirect subsidiaries के outstanding debt के पूरे या आंशिक repayment/prepayment तथा general corporate purposes के लिए किया जाएगा।
Inox Clean Energy एक integrated renewable energy platform है, जिसके दो प्रमुख business हैं—renewable power generation और solar manufacturing।
कंपनी का renewable power generation business Independent Power Producer (IPP) के रूप में संचालित होता है। 31 अगस्त 2026 तक कंपनी के पास भारत और Africa में कुल 9.29 GW का renewable IPP portfolio था। इसमें 2.37 GW capacity operational है, करीब 0.80 GW under construction है, 2.99 GW pipeline capacity और 3.13 GW future capacity है।
कंपनी का solar manufacturing business solar photovoltaic (PV) modules के manufacturing से जुड़ा है। भारत और अमेरिका में solar cell manufacturing capacity develop की जा रही है। 31 अगस्त 2026 तक भारत और अमेरिका में कंपनी की कुल operational solar module manufacturing capacity 6.00 GW थी।
CRISIL report के अनुसार, कंपनी भारत की top 10 renewable IPP platforms में शामिल है। पूरी तरह commissioned होने के बाद यह भारत की top 10 integrated solar PV module और cell manufacturing companies में भी शामिल होगी।
कंपनी का IPP business renewable power generation assets के development, acquisition, ownership और operation से जुड़ा है। वहीं, solar manufacturing business renewable energy market के लिए PV modules बनाता है और इसमें solar cell manufacturing की backward integration भी develop की जा रही है।
CRISIL report के मुताबिक, IPP business में कंपनी भारत में सबसे तेजी से विस्तार करने वाले platforms में शामिल है। अप्रैल 2025 से पिछले करीब डेढ़ साल में कंपनी ने acquisition-based strategy के जरिए अपनी operational capacity बढ़ाकर 2.37 GW कर ली है।
CRISIL report के अनुसार, कंपनी का business renewable energy का dual-engine platform है। इसमें solar manufacturing business से scalable manufacturing revenue और IPP business से long-term annuity cash flows शामिल हैं।
कंपनी भारत में अपने operations के साथ तीन महाद्वीपों में presence रखने वाले भारतीय मूल के प्रमुख renewable energy platforms में शामिल है। CRISIL report के अनुसार, कंपनी भारत में renewable power generation platform operate करती है। इसके अलावा Sky Power MENA के जरिए Africa में और भारत तथा अमेरिका में solar manufacturing facilities के जरिए इसका business है।
Inox Clean Energy व्यापक InoxGFL Group का हिस्सा है। यह chemicals और renewable energy सहित विभिन्न businesses वाला industrial group है। भारत में इसकी तीन listed companies Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited, Inox Wind Limited और Inox Green Energy Services Limited हैं।
Renewable energy platform को InoxGFL Group के integrated ecosystem का लाभ मिलता है। इसमें solar module manufacturing से लेकर IPP power generation तक की capabilities शामिल हैं। Inox Wind Limited के जरिए wind turbine generators, Inox Renewable Solutions Limited के जरिए Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) तथा Inox Green Energy Solutions Limited के जरिए Renewable Energy Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services उपलब्ध हैं।
31 अगस्त 2026 तक Inox Green Energy Solutions कंपनी की करीब 2.37 GW की कुल operational IPP capacity में से 0.53 GW capacity के O&M का management कर रही थी।
भारत में कंपनी अपना IPP business Inox Neo Energies Limited के माध्यम से और Africa में SkyPower Services MENA Limited के माध्यम से संचालित करती है। SkyPower Services MENA Limited, कंपनी और उसके सहयोगी Arctic International Private Limited का joint venture है।
भारत में solar manufacturing business Inox Solar Limited के जरिए किया जाता है, जबकि अमेरिका में solar module manufacturing का संचालन Inox Solar Americas LLC के जरिए होता है। यह Amura Renewables Private Limited की पूर्ण स्वामित्व वाली subsidiary company है।
Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, CLSA India Private Limited, Emirates NBD Capital India Private Limited, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited (पूर्व नाम IIFL Securities Limited), JM Financial Limited, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited और UBS Securities India Private Limited इस IPO के लिए Book Running Lead Managers हैं।
