Indian job market 2025 का समापन एक मजबूत स्थिति के साथ कर रहा है, और 2026 के लिए hiring outlook स्थिर growth की ओर संकेत कर रहा है। एक Report के अनुसार, देश में 2026 के दौरान लगभग 1.28 crore jobs का विस्तार होने की संभावना है। यह रुझान economy में भरोसे, industries में संतुलित recruitment और नए talent hubs के उभरने को दर्शाता है। foundit नामक jobs and talent platform द्वारा जारी Report में यह सामने आया है कि 2025 में hiring surge का नेतृत्व employer confidence, प्रमुख industries में निरंतर recruitment और Tier-2 व Tier-3 cities की बढ़ती strategic भूमिका ने किया। इन शहरों ने talent availability और operational efficiency के कारण कंपनियों को आकर्षित किया।
हालांकि, वर्ष की दूसरी छमाही में growth rate लगभग +4 प्रतिशत तक सीमित रही, जिससे यह संकेत मिला कि कंपनियां अब productivity-led और calibrated hiring की दिशा में आगे बढ़ रही हैं।
2026 में skills-led hiring पर जोर
Report के अनुसार, 2026 एक skills-led hiring year के रूप में उभर रहा है। metros से बाहर hiring का विस्तार हो रहा है, जिससे India एक resilient और future-ready talent market के रूप में अपनी स्थिति मजबूत कर रहा है। foundit की VP Marketing Anupama Bhimrajka के अनुसार, 2025 में expansion मजबूत रहा लेकिन hiring में discipline भी दिखा। Tier-2 hubs ने tech, BFSI, logistics और retail जैसे sectors में operational anchors की भूमिका निभाई। 2026 में AI-ready skills, strategic leadership और mid-career digital talent की demand momentum को बनाए रखेगी।
Report में यह भी कहा गया है कि 2026 में mid-to-senior level talent की सबसे ज्यादा मांग digital, AI, cloud, data और cybersecurity domains में रहेगी। यह मांग enterprise transformation के चलते और मजबूत होगी। Tech, BFSI, manufacturing, infrastructure और renewable energy sectors hiring का नेतृत्व करेंगे, जबकि fintech, health tech और electric mobility जैसे emerging sectors niche opportunities पैदा करेंगे।
Cities-wise hiring trend
Hiring metros से आगे बढ़कर Tier-2 cities तक फैलने की संभावना है, जहां companies cost optimisation और wider talent pool के लिए नए talent hubs विकसित कर रही हैं। 2026 में Bengaluru और Hyderabad hiring में अग्रणी रहेंगे, जहां tech, GCCs, AI, cloud और semiconductor operations प्रमुख भूमिका निभाएंगे। इसके अलावा Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Kochi और Coimbatore, Jaipur, Baroda जैसे Tier-2 cities में भी steady growth देखने को मिल सकती है। कुल मिलाकर, यह trend India के distributed और multi-city talent model की ओर बढ़ने को दर्शाता है।
