Jaipur: Madhya Pradesh के Datia आधारित sugar manufacturing and sales के साथ ethanol manufacturing करने वाली कंपनी Dollex Agrotech Limited ने stock exchanges को सूचित किया है कि कंपनी को BSE Limited से NSE Emerge SME Platform से BSE Capital Market Segment में migration की in-principle approval मिल गई है।
Business activities: Dollex Agrotech Limited की स्थापना 10 June 2013 को a private limited company के रूप में हुई थी। शुरुआत में यह एक indigenous enterprise था जो sugar trading में specialised था।
2017 में, promoters ने manufacturing sector में expansion करने का निर्णय लिया और Madhya Pradesh के Datia district के Erai village में स्थित 2,500 TCD की integrated unit अगले वर्ष operational हो गई।
Company को 20 May 2022 को Public Limited Company में convert किया गया और 28 December 2022 को NSE SME Platform पर listed किया गया।
वर्तमान में, इसी operational unit के अंतर्गत तीन अन्य businesses — sugar, co-generation और एक upcoming distillery भी संचालित हो रहे हैं।
अगले चरण के expansion के लिए funds जुटाने हेतु market में Rights Issue जारी किया गया था।
