Nasdaq IPO की तैयारी
Artificial Intelligence कंपनी Anthropic ने अमेरिका में Initial Public Offering यानी IPO के लिए आवेदन किया है। Claude chatbot बनाने वाली San Francisco-based कंपनी ने US Securities and Exchange Commission के पास Form S-1 के जरिए Registration Statement दाखिल किया है। कंपनी Nasdaq पर “ANT” Symbol के साथ Listing की तैयारी कर रही है। हालांकि IPO में पेश किए जाने वाले Shares की संख्या और Price Range अभी तय नहीं हुई है।
Revenue में जबरदस्त उछाल
Filing के अनुसार Anthropic का Revenue 2023 में $41 Million था, जो 2024 में बढ़कर $386 Million और 2025 में $4.6 Billion हो गया। 30 June 2026 को समाप्त छह महीनों में कंपनी का Revenue $16.3 Billion पहुंच गया। कंपनी ने इसे Year-on-Year आधार पर 1,300% की Growth बताया है। हालांकि Anthropic ने चेतावनी दी कि भविष्य में Revenue इसी रफ्तार से बढ़ना जरूरी नहीं है।
भारी Loss भी बना चुनौती
तेज Revenue Growth के बावजूद कंपनी भारी Loss में है। Anthropic ने 2025 में $41.97 Billion का Net Loss दर्ज किया, जबकि 2026 की पहली छमाही में Loss बढ़कर $80.75 Billion हो गया।
बड़े Banks संभालेंगे IPO
Goldman Sachs और Morgan Stanley IPO के Lead Underwriters होंगे। Syndicate में J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, Barclays और Wells Fargo Securities भी शामिल हैं।
Claude का मजबूत Cloud Network
Claude फिलहाल Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud और Microsoft Azure पर उपलब्ध है। Anthropic अपने AI Models की Training के लिए Amazon Trainium, Google TPUs, Nvidia और AMD Chips का इस्तेमाल करती है।
India को लेकर क्या कहा
Prospectus में India-based Operations या Indian Customers का अलग विवरण नहीं दिया गया है। कंपनी ने Immigration Policies, Advanced Chips पर Export Controls और Taiwan-China Geopolitical Tensions को प्रमुख Risk Factors में शामिल किया है।
