New Delhi में अहम बैठक
केंद्र सरकार ने Infrastructure Projects को लेकर राज्यों और संबंधित एजेंसियों से कहा है कि अब केवल Project approvals तक सीमित रहने के बजाय समय पर Infrastructure तैयार करने, जमीन आवंटन, निवेश और Production शुरू करने पर ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए। National Industrial Corridor Development and Implementation Trust (NICDIT) की apex monitoring authority की तीसरी बैठक में Industrial Corridor Projects की तेज और परिणाम आधारित Implementation पर जोर दिया गया।
Nirmala Sitharaman ने बाधाएं दूर करने को कहा
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman ने राज्यों से जमीन, Connectivity, Utilities, statutory clearances और Project special purpose vehicles (SPVs) से जुड़ी बाधाओं को जल्द दूर करने की अपील की। उन्होंने PM GatiShakti के जरिए integrated planning और investor-friendly land allotment mechanisms को लगातार अपनाने पर जोर दिया।
Industrial Development में सामाजिक सुविधाएं जरूरी
Finance Minister ने कहा कि Worker housing, Healthcare, Skilling, Public Transport और अन्य सामाजिक सुविधाओं को Industrial Development का अभिन्न हिस्सा बनाया जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने Infrastructure और Manufacturing को बढ़ावा देने के लिए public capital expenditure, SASCI के तहत राज्यों को सहायता और Manufacturing MSMEs के लिए बेहतर Credit Support का भी उल्लेख किया।
Piyush Goyal ने Investor Outreach पर दिया जोर
Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal ने कहा कि ‘BHAVYA’ और भविष्य के Industrial Developments को PM GatiShakti के अनुरूप विकसित किया जाए। उन्होंने Industrial Nodes की मजबूत Marketing, Free Trade Agreements से मिलने वाले अवसरों और country तथा sector-specific Industrial Enclaves की संभावनाएं तलाशने की जरूरत बताई।
North-East और Waterways पर फोकस
Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal ने National Waterways को Industrial Corridors से जोड़ने और North-Eastern States में Industrial Infrastructure विकसित करने पर जोर दिया। वहीं NITI Aayog के Vice-Chairman Ashok Kumar Lahiri ने राज्यों से Project SPVs को पर्याप्त Planning, Development और Municipal Powers देने की अपील की।
