🌄 PM Modi का दो-दिनी भूटान दौरा

Bhutan जल्द ही Prime Minister Narendra Modi का स्वागत करने के लिए तैयार है।

• दौरे का उद्देश्य: बिलैटरल economic relations को और मजबूत करना, विशेषकर energy और connectivity projects के माध्यम से ⚡🚆

• दौरा Bhutan के पूर्व राजा Jigme Singye Wangchuck के 70वें जन्मदिन के अवसर से भी जुड़ा होगा 🎉

⚡ Energy Projects | Punatsangchhu-II Hydropower

• 1,020 MW hydropower project का उद्घाटन

• भारत द्वारा grants और concessional loans के माध्यम से वित्त पोषण

• Bhutan की electricity nearly double होगी और clean energy भारत को export होगी

• Revenue boost के साथ हिमालयी देश की आर्थिक ताकत बढ़ेगी 💰

🚆 Cross-Border Railway Projects

1. Kokrajhar–Gelephu line (Assam → southern Bhutan)

   • 6 stations, 90+ bridges, budget: Nu 4,000 crore

   • 4 साल में पूरा होने की संभावना

   • Gelephu: Mindfulness City — economic + spiritual hub 🏙️

2. Banarhat–Samtse line (West Bengal → southwest Bhutan)

   • Freight-focused, supporting industrial towns

   • Cost-efficient export of quartzite, dolomite, ferro-silicon 🏭

🤝 India-Bhutan Partnership Continues

• India remains Bhutan’s largest development partner 🌐

• Under Bhutan’s 13th Five-Year Plan (2024–29), India pledged Nu 10,000 crore

• Earlier this year, Bhutan PM Tshering Tobgay ने New Delhi का दौरा किया, strengthening bilateral engagement ✨
