Union Minister Piyush Goyal ने कहा कि India को अब strong research & development (R&D) frameworks पर focus करना होगा। उन्होंने बताया कि global companies ने India में करीब $100 billion investment commit किया है, जो देश की growing economic strength को दिखाता है।

FICCI के 98th anniversary कार्यक्रम में बोलते हुए Goyal ने self-reliance को India की civilisational roots से जोड़ा और कहा कि “We are the architects of our own future.” उन्होंने Mahatma Gandhi की सोच और Bhagavad Gita के message “One must elevate oneself by oneself” का जिक्र करते हुए New Bharat का vision रखा।

Minister ने Prime Minister Narendra Modi के governance model की तारीफ करते हुए कहा कि economic progress, national security और self-reliance policy-making के core में हैं। उन्होंने कहा, “Good economics is good politics,” और बताया कि global uncertainty के बावजूद India fastest-growing major economy बना हुआ है।

🏭 Manufacturing Push & Investment

Goyal ने कहा कि India protectionist mindset से आगे बढ़कर competition, innovation और high-quality manufacturing की ओर बढ़ रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि manufacturing sector में nearly $100 billion का foreign investment pipeline में है।

उन्होंने नए R&D and Innovation Fund का जिक्र किया, जिससे private sector participation को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। Industry को R&D में actively invest करने की अपील की गई ताकि India global innovation leader बन सके।

India की young और tech-savvy population को country की biggest strength बताते हुए Goyal ने कहा कि AI जैसी emerging technologies में India तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि ChatGPT का second-largest user base India में है, जो digital adoption का बड़ा संकेत है।
