Despite the skepticism, Namita Thapar showed confidence in the startup’s creator-focused approach and ethical positioning. She eventually offered Rs. 1.35 crore for 5 percent equity, bringing the valuation down significantly, and the founders accepted the deal.

The platform reportedly had nearly 1.7 lakh monthly active users and was generating monthly revenue of around Rs. 22 lakh before appearing on the show. The company also highlighted its increasing adoption among independent creators, businesses, and agencies using AI-generated audio for podcasts, advertisements, social media content, and digital storytelling. These numbers demonstrated that Soundverse AI was not just an experimental platform but a business attempting to build practical use cases in the creator economy.
