बड़े स्तर पर artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities का निर्माण करने के लिए government, industry, academia और training institutions के बीच गहरा collaboration आवश्यक है। यह बात Skill Development and Entrepreneurship के Minister of State (Independent Charge) Jayant Chaudhary ने कही।
Minister ने कहा कि government skilling क्षेत्र में industry co-ownership को मजबूत कर रही है, flexible learning pathways को बढ़ावा दे रही है और यह सुनिश्चित कर रही है कि training systems real-world demand के अनुरूप responsive बने रहें। उन्होंने कहा, “Education, vocational training और workforce के प्रत्येक स्तर पर AI skills को शामिल करके हम AI-enabled global economy में Viksit Bharat की मजबूत foundation तैयार कर रहे हैं।” यह वक्तव्य उन्होंने ‘Skilling for AI’ विषय पर आयोजित strategic meeting के दौरान दिया। इस meeting का मुख्य उद्देश्य national skilling roadmap में AI integration को शामिल करना रहा, ताकि ‘Viksit Bharat’ के vision को सशक्त समर्थन मिल सके।
Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) द्वारा आयोजित multi-stakeholder consultation में Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology के senior officials, IndiaAI Mission के representatives, industry leaders, regulators, academia और skilling ecosystem के प्रमुख partners ने भाग लिया। इस consultation का उद्देश्य policy vision, industry requirements और skilling implementation के बीच समन्वय स्थापित करना था, जिससे एक future-ready workforce का निर्माण किया जा सके जो AI-driven global economy में India की ambitions को समर्थन दे सके। Consultation के दौरान AI talent challenge की scale और urgency पर विशेष चर्चा की गई, जिसे MSDE के digital और technology-focused skilling initiatives के expanding portfolio के संदर्भ में देखा गया।
Official statement के अनुसार, discussions में workforce के सभी स्तरों पर continuous upskilling और reskilling की आवश्यकता को रेखांकित किया गया, जो Ministry के ongoing efforts के अनुरूप है, जिनका उद्देश्य learners और workers को relevant तथा applied AI competencies से सशक्त बनाना है। Statement में यह भी बताया गया कि participants ने structured programmes और partnerships के माध्यम से MSDE द्वारा AI skilling के क्षेत्र में की गई steady progress को स्वीकार किया। Students के बीच early AI awareness और foundational capabilities के विकास से जुड़े ongoing initiatives को एक मजबूत आधार माना गया, जिनके माध्यम से long-term talent pipeline को सुदृढ़ किया जा रहा है।
इन प्रयासों को early stage पर digital confidence, creativity और problem-solving skills को बढ़ावा देने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण बताया गया।
