जयपुर। Electrical Equipment sector की प्रमुख company Danish Power Limited ने market में अपनी मजबूत पकड़ का प्रदर्शन करते हुए एक leading independent power producer से करीब Rs. 35 करोड़ का बड़ा domestic order हासिल किया है। यह राशि Goods and Services Tax (GST) के अतिरिक्त है, जो company के मौजूदा order book को मजबूत financial momentum प्रदान करेगी।
Company management के अनुसार, इस contract के तहत Danish Power Limited Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) applications के लिए 20 MVA PCS transformers की designing, manufacturing और supply का काम करेगी। Company को इस पूरे project को आगामी 6 से 8 महीनों के भीतर पूरा करना होगा। यह order पूरी तरह से एक domestic entity द्वारा दिया गया है और यह transaction किसी भी तरह से ‘related party transaction’ के दायरे में नहीं आता है। साथ ही, company के promoter या promoter group का order देने वाली entity में कोई interest या personal stake नहीं है। इस announcement के बाद market में company की technical credibility और renewable energy से जुड़े storage solutions में इसकी भूमिका और मजबूत होने की उम्मीद है।
Business activities:
जुलाई 1985 में स्थापित Danish Power Limited विभिन्न प्रकार के transformers बनाती है, जिसमें solar power plants और wind farms जैसी renewable energy projects में उपयोग के लिए inverter duty transformers शामिल हैं। Company oil और dry-type power और distribution transformers, control relay panels भी बनाती है और substation automation services प्रदान करती है।
Company Jaipur में दो manufacturing plants operate करती है, एक Sitapura Industrial Area में और दूसरा Mahindra World City में स्थित है।
Mahindra World City manufacturing facility को design, development और manufacturing के लिए Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015 और Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001:2018 के लिए certified किया गया है।
