EY India के Manoj Marwah ने कहा कि global enterprises अब operations को simpler बनाने, tighter oversight लाने और AI–data–risk teams को sync में काम करने वाला model अपनाने की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं।
India में मौजूद GCCs इस transition का नेतृत्व कर रहे हैं क्योंकि यहां talent, cross-functional maturity और advanced AI ecosystem मौजूद है।

Report के अनुसार,

• 52% GCCs global decisions में shared accountability रखते हैं।

• 26% को formal consultation में शामिल किया जाता है।

• लगभग 20% centres select functions के लिए full ownership की दिशा में बढ़ रहे हैं।
