PM Modi ने जारी की PM-KISAN की 23वीं किस्त, 9.44 crore farmers के खातों में भेजे गए ₹18,880 crore
नई दिल्ली। Prime Minister Narendra Modi ने शनिवार को West Bengal के Tarakeswar, Hooghly में आयोजित programme के दौरान Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi यानी PM-KISAN योजना की 23वीं किस्त जारी की।
इस installment के तहत देशभर के 9.44 crore से अधिक farmer families के bank accounts में Direct Benefit Transfer यानी DBT के माध्यम से ₹18,880 crore से अधिक की राशि transfer की गई।
23वीं किस्त जारी होने के साथ ही PM-KISAN योजना के तहत किसानों को वितरित की गई total राशि ₹4.46 lakh crore से अधिक हो गई है। यह scheme दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी direct benefit transfer आधारित farmer income support योजनाओं में से एक मानी जाती है।
Prime Minister ने कहा कि Central Government किसानों के welfare और agriculture sector के development के लिए लगातार काम कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि technology, modern farming practices और targeted schemes के जरिए farmers की income और productivity बढ़ाने पर focus किया जा रहा है।
PM-KISAN योजना के तहत eligible farmers को हर वर्ष ₹6,000 की financial assistance दी जाती है। यह amount ₹2,000 की तीन equal installments में हर चार महीने के अंतराल पर सीधे farmers के bank accounts में transfer की जाती है।
23वीं किस्त जारी होने के बाद beneficiary farmers अपनी payment status PM-KISAN की official website पर जाकर check कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए farmers को portal पर उपलब्ध ‘Know Your Status’ option पर click करना होगा।
इसके अलावा farmers अपने bank account या passbook entry देखकर भी यह verify कर सकते हैं कि उनके account में ₹2,000 की amount credit हुई है या नहीं। PM-KISAN के लिए eKYC mandatory है, इसलिए beneficiaries को अपनी eligibility और eKYC status भी check करना चाहिए।
Programme के दौरान PM Modi ने West Bengal के लिए कई important development projects का inauguration और foundation stone भी किया। इन projects में railways, agriculture, rural development, fisheries और animal husbandry sectors से जुड़ी initiatives शामिल हैं।
Prime Minister ने West Bengal में कई key Central Agriculture Schemes के rollout को भी आगे बढ़ाया। इनमें Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, AgriStack, National Mission on Natural Farming और Pradhan Mantri Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana शामिल हैं।
Digital Agriculture Mission के तहत West Bengal में AgriStack launch किया गया, जिससे farmers को fertiliser distribution, Kisan Credit Cards, DBT और MSP procurement जैसी verified agriculture-related services एक unified digital platform पर उपलब्ध कराने में मदद मिलेगी।
National Mission on Natural Farming के तहत chemical-free और sustainable agriculture practices को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा। इसका उद्देश्य soil health improve करना, input cost कम करना और climate-resilient farming को बढ़ावा देना है।
Pradhan Mantri Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana के implementation से West Bengal के selected districts में agriculture productivity, crop diversification, irrigation, post-harvest infrastructure और institutional credit access को मजबूत करने पर focus किया जाएगा।
Programme के दौरान fisheries और animal husbandry sectors से जुड़े projects भी आगे बढ़ाए गए। इनमें Fraserganj में modernized और capacity expanded Fishing Harbour तथा Sainthia, Birbhum में Modern Fish Market जैसी projects शामिल हैं।
Railway infrastructure के तहत Sankrail-Santragachi Link Line Project, Howrah में 300-bed New Divisional Railway Hospital और Purba Medinipur में Haur और Radhamohanpur के बीच Road Over Bridge जैसी projects को भी आगे बढ़ाया गया।
इसके अलावा PMGSY-III के तहत 49 road infrastructure projects का inauguration किया गया, जिनकी total length 315 km से अधिक है। इन projects से rural connectivity, market access, education और healthcare facilities तक पहुंच में सुधार होने की उम्मीद है।
Overall, PM-KISAN की 23वीं installment और West Bengal में agriculture एवं infrastructure projects का rollout farmers welfare, rural development और inclusive growth की दिशा में important कदम माना जा रहा है।
