BSE Midcap और Smallcap indices भी flat note पर बंद हुए, जिससे साफ हुआ कि broader market में भी कोई मजबूत trend नहीं बन पाया।

Sector-wise देखें तो pharma, media और auto stocks में 0.5%–1% की तेजी रही। दूसरी ओर power, oil & gas और telecom sectors में करीब 0.5% की गिरावट दर्ज की गई, जिसने index की तेजी को limit कर दिया।

Nifty पर आज Adani Enterprises, M&M, Adani Ports, Sun Pharma और SBI top gainers की list में रहे, जहां selective buying देखने को मिली।

वहीं दूसरी ओर SBI Life Insurance, Shriram Finance, HDFC Life, Power Grid Corp और Bharat Electronics दबाव में रहे और index पर drag बने।
