New Delhi : India में GenAI learning 2025 में भी dominant trend बना हुआ है। एक recent report के अनुसार, country में हर minute लगभग तीन GenAI enrollments दर्ज किए जा रहे हैं। यह data India के evolving digital workforce की दिशा को स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाता है।
Coursera Report: Global Level पर India की Strong Presence
Global online learning platform Coursera की इस report में 32.8 million से अधिक registered learners के insights शामिल हैं। Report के अनुसार, India ने 3.6 million से ज्यादा enrollments contribute किए, जो worldwide सबसे अधिक हैं।यह report बताती है कि 2025 में GenAI, data, cybersecurity और core professional skills में nationwide momentum देखने को मिला, जो India के AI-ready economy की ओर तेज़ transition को दर्शाता है।
AI Programmes में Deep Engagement
Indian learners ने introductory और application-based programmes में actively भाग लिया। इनमें Google AI Essentials, Generative AI for Everyone, और Generative AI: Introduction and Applications जैसे popular courses शामिल हैं।AI के अलावा, learners ने data analytics, cybersecurity, digital marketing, project execution और finance skills में भी strong foundation तैयार किया, जिससे future-ready और specialised roles के लिए तैयारी साफ़ झलकती है।
Career Growth और Personal Benefits
Report के अनुसार, 95 percent Indian learners ने positive career outcomes report किए, जैसे new role secure करना या current role में progression।
करीब 55 percent learners ने salary increase की जानकारी दी, जबकि 96 percent learners ने confidence और personal achievement जैसे personal benefits अनुभव किए।
Expert View: India at the Core of AI Learning Mission
Coursera के Managing Director (India & Asia Pacific) Ashutosh Gupta ने कहा कि India की learning momentum extraordinary है और यही कारण है कि country Coursera की global mission के केंद्र में है।उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि young और ambitious workforce तथा fast-growing digital economy के साथ India के पास AI era में global leadership का unique opportunity है, लेकिन इसके लिए large-scale skilling आवश्यक है।
Fastest-Growing Skills in India
Report में India की fastest-growing skills भी highlight की गईं, जिनमें LangChain, Python, cloud technologies, NLP, AI-powered design thinking, data storytelling, data architecture, cybersecurity, digital resilience, और human-centred communication शामिल हैं।
