2027 तक AI नौकरी खत्म करने से ज्यादा नई opportunities create करेगा — Gartner
Gartner की नई report के अनुसार, Artificial Intelligence अगले कुछ सालों में global workforce को बड़े पैमाने पर transform करेगा. Report कहती है कि 2027 तक AI overall ज़्यादा jobs create करेगा और कम eliminate करेगा, जिससे impact positive रहेगा.
Kochi में चल रहे Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo 2025 में ये insights share किए गए, जहां 1,100 से ज्यादा CIOs और IT leaders मौजूद थे.
Gartner का कहना है कि AI कई low-complexity और routine tasks automate कर देगा, लेकिन साथ ही नए प्रकार की roles और skills की demand भी बढ़ेगी. असली challenge “AI readiness” नहीं बल्कि “human readiness” है — यानी employees का mindset और skillset तैयार होना.
2030 तक CIOs का मानना है कि:

0% IT tasks पूरी तरह humans द्वारा किए जाएंगे,

75% tasks humans + AI मिलकर करेंगे,

25% tasks complete automation से होंगे.
However, ज़्यादातर organisations अभी workforce को इतने बड़े बदलाव के लिए prepare नहीं कर रही हैं.
Report में कहा गया कि summarisation, searching और translation जैसे काम AI खुद कर लेगा, लेकिन critical thinking, communication, problem-solving और AI को guide करना future में बहुत ज़रूरी skills होंगी. अगर AI पर ज़्यादा निर्भरता हो जाए तो human skills धीरे-धीरे कमजोर भी पड़ सकती हैं, इसलिए regular upskilling जरूरी है.
Gartner की May 2025 सर्वे में पता चला कि 74% CIOs AI investments पर या तो loss में हैं या सिर्फ break-even पर, क्योंकि training, change management जैसी hidden costs को पहले estimate नहीं किया गया.
इसलिए Gartner ने सलाह दी कि companies को AI readiness तीन factors पर evaluate करनी चाहिए:
costs, technical capability और vendor reliability.
