2030 तक 5 Million भारतीय युवाओ को Advanced Technology Training प्रदान की जाएगी

IBM ने India में एक बड़ा skill development initiative की घोषणा की है, जिसके तहत company 2030 तक 5 million learners को Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity और quantum computing जैसी advanced technologies में training देगी। इस initiative का उद्देश्य Indian youth को future-ready बनाना और देश की digital economy को मजबूत करना है।

IBM SkillsBuild के जरिए Workforce तैयार करने पर Focus

यह programme IBM SkillsBuild platform के माध्यम से deliver किया जाएगा। IBM ने कहा कि यह initiative students और adult learners को job-oriented digital skills तक बेहतर access प्रदान करेगा। Company का कहना है कि इस प्रयास से एक future-ready workforce का निर्माण किया जाएगा, जो emerging technologies के लिए तैयार होगी। IBM ने स्पष्ट किया कि यह programme inclusive education और accessible learning पर focus करेगा। इसके तहत schools, universities और vocational training ecosystems में AI और emerging technology education को expand किया जाएगा, ताकि ज्यादा से ज्यादा learners को लाभ मिल सके। Company ने बताया कि वह All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) जैसे institutions के साथ close collaboration करेगी। इस partnership के तहत hands-on learning, AI-focused courses, faculty training programmes, curriculum integration, hackathons और internship opportunities को promote किया जाएगा।

India में Global Leadership की Potential: Arvind Krishna

IBM Chairman, President और CEO Arvind Krishna ने कहा कि India में talent और ambition मौजूद है, जो उसे AI और quantum technologies में global leader बना सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि frontier technologies में fluency से economic competitiveness, scientific progress और societal transformation को नई दिशा मिलेगी। उनके अनुसार, advanced skills तक access को democratise करके IBM youth को build, innovate और accelerate करने में सक्षम बना रही है। IBM ने school level पर भी AI education को मजबूत करने की योजना बनाई है। Company senior secondary students के लिए एक AI curriculum co-develop कर रही है और teachers को AI Project Cookbook, teacher handbook और explainer modules जैसे resources प्रदान कर रही है। इन efforts का लक्ष्य early stage पर computational thinking और responsible AI concepts को introduce करना है।

IBM SkillsBuild: Global Digital Learning Platform

इस पूरे initiative के केंद्र में IBM SkillsBuild है, जिसे दुनिया के सबसे बड़े और accessible digital learning platforms में से एक माना जाता है। यह platform 1,000 से अधिक courses offer करता है, जिनमें AI, cybersecurity, quantum computing, cloud, data, sustainability और workplace skills शामिल हैं।
