AI deployment में बढ़ी Indian IT की अहमियत
New Delhi में सामने आई एक नई Report के मुताबिक, Indian IT services कंपनियां Global Artificial Intelligence labs के लिए अहम partners के रूप में उभर रही हैं। Brokerage UBS की Report में कहा गया है कि enterprises अब केवल AI models की capability पर ध्यान देने के बजाय deployment, integration और change management को प्राथमिकता दे रहे हैं। इन क्षेत्रों में Indian IT industry के लंबे अनुभव का फायदा कंपनियों को मिल रहा है।
OpenAI ने बढ़ाई partnerships
Report के अनुसार, OpenAI ने बताया है कि उसके coding assistant Codex के enterprise deployment की मांग उसकी अपनी adoption support capacity से अधिक रही। इसके बाद कंपनी ने Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys और Tata Consultancy Services जैसे Global Systems Integrators के साथ partnerships को महत्व दिया।
Anthropic ने भी partners को बताया जरूरी
Anthropic का मानना है कि सफल AI pilot और किसी business में भरोसेमंद तरीके से चलने वाले production system में बड़ा अंतर होता है। कंपनी के मुताबिक, AI integration में बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने वाली enterprises आमतौर पर ऐसे partners के साथ काम करती हैं, जिन्हें पहले से बड़े implementation projects का अनुभव हो। Infosys दोनों प्रमुख AI labs की partner list में शामिल है, जबकि TCS का नाम Anthropic के partners में भी सामने आया है।
ROI और data readiness बनी चुनौती
UBS के अनुसार, AI को बड़े स्तर पर लागू करने में model performance से ज्यादा unclear return on investment, data readiness और governance बड़ी बाधाएं हैं। Q1 FY27 earnings season में Indian IT कंपनियों के management ने भी बताया कि clients measurable outcomes और मजबूत governance framework चाहते हैं।
Infosys-TCS का data और governance पर जोर
Infosys management के मुताबिक clients AI, infrastructure, data readiness और cloud platforms पर allocation बढ़ा रहे हैं। वहीं TCS ने AI governance को enterprises की प्रमुख priorities में बताया है। Clients अब AI investments पर end-to-end accountability और स्पष्ट return on investment की मांग कर रहे हैं।
