कारोबारी गतिविधियां:
2019 में स्थापित Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality Limited (त्र्यस्रु) India के Gujarat राज्य में कई स्थानों पर multi-specialty healthcare services प्रदान करने में विशेषज्ञता रखती है। कंपनी seven multi-specialty hospitals और four pharmacies का संचालन करती है, जिनकी total bed capacity 490 है, sanctioned bed capacity 445 है और operational bed capacity 340 है।
वित्तीय प्रदर्शन:
Financial year 2024 में company ने 5.48 crore rupees का total revenue और 1.71 crore rupees का post tax net profit अर्जित किया। Financial year 2025 में company ने 40.40 crore rupees का total revenue और 9.50 crore rupees का post tax net profit अर्जित किया है।
Financial year 2026 की 30 June 2025 को समाप्त अवधि में company ने 15.27 crore rupees का total revenue और 5.40 crore rupees का post tax net profit अर्जित किया है। Financial results से स्पष्ट है कि year-on-year company का revenue एवं profit बढ़ रहा है। Financial year 2026 की 30 June 2025 को समाप्त अवधि में company ने 35.41 percent का post tax net profit margin अर्जित किया है।
IPO के संबंध में जानकारी:
Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality Limited का IPO BSE और NSE Mainboard पर आज खुलकर 24 December 2025 को बंद होगा। कंपनी द्वारा 2 rupees face value के 2,20,00,000 shares जारी किए जा रहे हैं। IPO का management book running lead manager company Nirbhay Capital Services Private Limited द्वारा किया जा रहा है।
