Business Remedies। SAEL Industries Limited (“कंपनी”) भारत में शीर्ष पाँच renewable energy independent power producers (“IPP”) में से एक है, जो 30 जून, 2025 तक की operational capacity के आधार पर vertically integrated है और in-house solar module manufacturing से सुसज्जित है (स्रोत: CRISIL Report)।

कंपनी ने initial public offering (₹5 प्रत्येक अंकित मूल्य) के माध्यम से कुल ₹45,750.00 million [₹4,575 करोड़] तक के equity shares की पेशकश के द्वारा धन जुटाने के लिए market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) के पास अपना Draft Red Herring Prospectus (“DRHP”) दाखिल किया है। (“कुल पेशकश आकार”)

कुल प्रस्ताव आकार में ₹37,500.00 million [₹3,750 करोड़] तक के equity shares का fresh issue (‘नया निर्गम’) और selling shareholders द्वारा कुल ₹8,250.00 million [₹825 करोड़] तक का offer for sale (‘बिक्री हेतु प्रस्ताव’) शामिल है।

Red Herring Prospectus के माध्यम से पेश किए जाने वाले equity shares को BSE Limited (“BSE”) और National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”) में सूचीबद्ध करने का प्रस्ताव है। (“सूचीकरण विवरण”) ICICI Securities Limited, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, JM Financial Limited और Ambit Private Limited इस issue के book running lead managers (“BRLM”) हैं।
